Condition

At Henry Gregory Antiques all of our pieces are original and have lived a life before Henry sourced them. They have been chosen in the best condition possible and if needed sympathetically restored by Henry and his team to ensure longevity of life. All of our pieces will show signs of patina and cosmetic wear, which make each item individual and have a story to tell. If you have any further questions regarding the condition of our pieces please don't hesitate to contact us.

Pricing

All our items are priced however if you are buying multiple items or are a trade buyer please contact us directly.

Payment

We accept payment by all major cards and Pay Pal via World Pay. Trade multiple item orders can be paid by bank transfer. 

Delivery

UK Mainland delivery is included in our prices for standard items. Specialist, large or fragile items delivery by custom quote.  

Worldwide delivery please enquire via the item with your destination Country and post code for a prompt shipping quote. After payment we aim to send most items within 3-5 working days with Royal Mail services or by a well known courier service . 

All our orders are very carefully packed and time and care is taken to ensure that your order arrives safely with you. If you prefer to use a professional shipper for multiple or very fragile items we can arrange this for you.  In the unfortunate case you order is damaged we can open a claim with the courier and get the item either refunded or repaired.

Return Policy 

In the unlikely event you wish to return an item we offer a returns policy, please inform us by email within 48 hours to shop@henrygregoryantiques.com. The buyer pays return postage, and the item must be returned with a reputable courier and must arrive back in the condition it left us within 14 days.
